First Falls

First Falls

First Falls thunders when the water is flowing, dropping about 60 ft against a massive rock face before veering river-left into a deep pool in a massive plume of spray, with picturesque rapids downstream. If 150 ft High Falls weren't just downstream, First Falls would be a destination in its own right. But as is, it's barely a footnote in descriptions of the former.
