Windy Falls

Windy Falls is a high series of cascades and waterfalls totaling nearly 700 feet. You can't see all of the falls from any one point, and the hike to get anywhere near them is wicked. From aerial photographs, the waterfall appears to be 3 main drops along the river from about the 2000' contour down to the 1400' contour, with some smaller cascades. (If it were easier to explore this area, I'd guess these cascades would have been given 3 separate names). The top two are close to one another, and a long run of rapids and cascades sits before the third one.
